Citizen talent has been managing a diverse range of talent in NYC and beyond since 2012. We exist to represent not only models and actors but citizens from all walks of life, providing opportunities to appear in advertising campaigns worldwide.
Our talent has appeared in countless projects including Ford, Walmart, Google, McDonalds, JP Morgan Chase, Target, T-Mobile, Disney, ESPN, Eli Lilly, L’Oreal, Abbvie, and Sofi.

The Citizen Talent Management Team consists of a small group of passionate industry professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in commercial photography and talent management.
Richard Gaul
Founder
More than a decade ago, Richard founded Citizen Talent to support the growing needs of his productions with reliable, high-quality talent. Drawing on decades of firsthand production experience, he recognized that great talent plays a critical role in bringing creative concepts to life. Citizen Talent was created to represent individuals who understand the pace, professionalism, and collaboration required on a professional set.
Today, Richard continues to lead projects as Executive Producer through his production company, Planet PrePro, while building Citizen Talent into a trusted source for production-savvy talent. His dual focus on production excellence and talent development reflects a lifelong commitment to elevating the standards of the commercial production industry.
David Roos
Managing Director
For over 3 decades, David Roos has been managing modeling and talent agencies in NYC and LA. His strength has been in identifying and guiding talent in all aspects of their careers. Industry leaders rely on his knowledge and expertise to help them with their casting projects. Bringing clients and talent together to create successful advertising campaigns is the end result of his great joy and dedication as a talent agent.
Daniel Roos
Talent Agent
Daniel has grown up around the entertainment business and has always had a great eye for faces and talent. His previous experiences include working at a TV production company and a casting company. With a background in Journalism and prior bartending experience, Daniel will bring the same personable and welcoming approach to the Citizen Talent team. He is looking forward to joining the Citizen team to help grow the business and connecting with all of the talent. Daniel enjoys going to live music, theatre, and comedy shows in the city where he plans to seek new talent to join Citizen.
Jeremy Roos
Talent Agent
Jeremy has an instinctive eye for talent and has always had a passion for the entertainment industry. He has a background in acting and screenwriting, and is also a musician and songwriter. Jeremy looks to bring his creative approach to discovering new talent for Citizen.
Amadeo Lasansky
Director of Operations
Amadeo has over 20 years of experience in the field of commercial photography. He began his career as an assistant and during that time traveled the world producing successful commercial print projects. Amadeo joined the Citizen Talent team in 2014 and has since used his diverse skillset to help create the best connection between talent, client and company.
Donna Porcelli
Account Management
Donna Porcelli is a veteran account manager heralding from the HealthCare industry, having accumulated more than 28 years of experience working for companies of all sizes. She is a versatile member of our team and brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. Donna keeps Citizen Talent's accounts running smoothly.
